| Art exhibits at CAVA  | A place for the promotion, distribution, art exhibits and the sale of Franco-Albertan artists’ work; CAVA is one of many promotional and sensitization tools. Through art exhibits, the Society is able to support its artists as well as allow the community to meet them.

| Community studio workshops for adults  | The Society offers professionally instructed workshops to adults in the study of Visual Arts. Every workshop is different which allows for individuals to acquire new techniques.

| Workshops in schools  | The Society offers a workshops catalogue to many schools in order to accomplish their mission of sensitizing the community to the Visual Arts. The workshops have seen much success in both Francophone and Immersion schools.

| Summer art camps  | In order to develop a taste for the arts in today’s youth, the Society offers summer art camps. Not only are they a great way to show children that art can be fun, but they also help to develop future artists.

| Jazz'Art  | Jazz’Art is a concert in which artists perform with Jazz music directly in front of the public. In addition to being a fundraiser, its also a great promotional tool for artists and the Visual Arts. Jazz’Art helps artists to grow as they are forced to spontaneously create in the eyes of the public. This concert is a celebration of creation without barriers.
The Society also offers regional Jazz’Art as a fundraiser to support their cultural initiative.

Competitions for artists  | The Society wishes to encourage the artistic development of its members by making them privy to every announcement for competitions, workshops and courses that comes across their eyes. It’s an ideal method to motivate artists to exceed their own talents.

Artists within the community  | Thanks to projects by artists within the community, individuals have had the opportunity to see artists at work. This promotes the role of artists within the community as well as the impact of Visual Arts on society which then makes it possible to sensitize the community to the Visual Arts.

Demonstrations performed by artists  | Throughout various festivities, our artists have been called upon to perform a variety of demonstrations. These demonstrations help to promote their art as well as share their experiences with the public. A demonstration can also help demystify the creative process.

Partnerships with other groups  | The Society is proud of its established partnerships. Partnerships are of the utmost importance as they reinforce community links between different groups and offer a united front allowing for artists to participate in larger scale activities.

Province-wide tours  | Allowing artists and craftsmen from different regions of the province the opportunity to participate in community events maximizes the promotion of the cultural product as well as the development of the Francophone community through the visualization of their work.

Cross Canada exchanges  | Cross Canada exchanges are the apogee for the Société. These exchanges bring a greater visibility for our artists and craftsmen as well as a cultural exchange which helps promote our Francophone identity across the country.
